Think about the life cycle of a product from concept, to production, to waste or rather to reuse, not just the product in it's moment of life

He even went so far as to say that "perhaps it is environmentally responsible to buy [a Hummer] and squash a Prius with it." It's a claim that sounds patently ridiculous -- until you take a closer look at the concept of "lifecycle analysis."
